"The dental clinic keeps messing up numbers and doesn't call or text to remind you about your appointments as well as schedules your appointments on unavailable days. Expect constant missed appointments if you have anything else going on in life or getting calls to reschedule as well as same day only appointments after missing 3. I've had my mother called every single time asking if I was going to attend or if I could reschedule an appointment instead of me. I no longer live with her, I'm in college with a job as well as have other things going on in life keeping my head busy and stressed. I've rechecked MULTIPLE times about having the correct number to contact me as well as called the day of my appointment and was told I had an appointment that day when in reality I didn't. My mom is only down as an emergency contact and I have checked to make sure I am on the reminder list to contact me for coming up appointments. I've even called for missed appointment letters since none of those I had control over and I kept getting told that these strikes were fixed in reality and I was rescheduled when in reality I wasn't. I still haven't been contacted after the 5-6th time trying to figure out this issue. This place also has homeless people in front 24/7 and it's super intimidating to walk to since you don't know if someone's going to hurt you while trying to fix something medically. The higher up in charge is hard to catch as their schedule seems super weird. Don't go here! It's a waste of precious time and resources. Even with immense patience or time."
