I followed up multiple times via email to reschedule, and never received a response. I was under the impression she stopped her practice since it seemed she was happy to provide her services to me. But it’s obviously not the case. Not sure what the reasoning behind the ghosting is, but it’s hurtful and unprofessional. She provides great services, but the lack of communication dropped off 3 stars. Sorry Maddy."
