"Dr. Caldwell was wonderful. Very attentive to my concerns and was happy to answer any questions I had. She explained my procedure and was very gentle, which meant a lot to me."
"Cannot say enough good things about this clinic. Specifically my OBGYN Dr. Franz (who has been so supportive through miscarriage, pregnancy, and postpartum), Dr. Heller (who was on call when I delivered my daughter and did an absolutely incredible job of helping me give birth with a positive experience), my NP Margaret Jansa for helping me navigate pregnancy as smoothly as possible, the nurses for always helping me with my questions over the phone, the ultrasound techs for doing an excellent job, and the front desk staff who are always helpful and kind. They even use a great patient portal, Intelichart, which makes communicating with them seamless (and they respond quickly too). For excellent care, go here. ❤️"
"I recently visited a gynecologist clinic and was impressed with the level of care and professionalism I received. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. During my appointment, the gynecologist took the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I had. They were knowledgeable and informative, and I felt confident in their abilities. Update: I visited a women's clinic for prenatal care and delivery. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention I received from the staff. From my first appointment to postpartum follow-ups, the clinic provided exceptional service. The team was knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate throughout my pregnancy journey. They ensured I received timely reminders for appointments and promptly addressed any concerns I had. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality obstetric care."
"After having waited 3 months, they canceled my appointment 3 days prior to the actual appointment date. This is because I was one day late on filling out nonsense paperwork. Truly disheartening. I feel like if you cared about someone’s health you wouldn’t cancel their appointment after having waited for three months simply because forms weren’t filled out three days in advance. If the care is this horrible without actually stepping foot in the office I can’t imagine what it is like once you get inside. Do a better job and actually care about your patients health, not stupid forms being turned in three days early."
"Having moved from out-of-state, I scheduled a new patient appointment as I wanted a local gynecologist. In my notes I wrote “establish care, and questions about [personal topics].” During what I thought was a routine annual exam, my doctor asked me if I had any questions or concerns, so I brought up the topics I listed in my notes. I WAS CHARGED $500 FOR THIS VISIT. I called to dispute multiple times, but was eventually told by the financial advisor that my notes didn’t specify that I wanted an annual exam, and I discussed issues outside routine exam questions. When I asked why I’m being billed $500 for not writing the words “annual exam” in my notes and responding to my doctor when she asked me a question, the advisor said “you’re not supposed to ask your doctor questions during an exam.” Ridiculous. What I’ve learned from this: make sure you call the billing department ahead of time to see if you’ll be billed for bringing up a health concern. (You can ask your doctor in the room, as well.) And if you do have health questions or concerns? Stay silent or be prepared to pay a pretty penny."
