"I didn't know that walk-in ortho care was available. What a great model; it allowed immediate care for a back injury. The care here though was so warm friendly and efficient, it seemed like if i was a patient at a longtime family medicine practice. The clinical staff was very knowledgeable and explained things well and didn't push additional services . All the staff were pleasant and patient ."
"It’s very refreshing to be able to walk in for a fast appointment with competent care. We came in because my son had a knee injury. He had an X-ray, diagnosis, anti inflammatory injection and an antibiotic in under an hour; and the speed was necessary as he had a join infection that needed to be addressed with antibiotics ASAP. We feel lucky to have found this clinic via an online search."
"Suffered a traumatic partial amputation of my index finger. The clinic I was referred to by the ER wasn't answering their phone, nor were they returning calls in a timely manner. Having had an excellent experience with Summit Orthopedic several years ago I called. Drove in from the coast and was seen by P.A. Cline. Great care!!! Will take the 2+ hour drive anytime I need Ortho care again."
"I was not happy with my care. They took ex-rays before I had seen a doctor. Physicians assistant was not thorough in assessing my injury, nor did she recommend heat/ice, etc. She gave me nothing for pain, only a prescription for an anti inflammatory. And a referral for physical therapy. Physical therapy office and my primary care have both been attempting to get records ~ thus far no records have been sent. They appeared to be well staffed. I do not know what is going on. I have attempted to call them. Just goes to voicemail with a message they will get back to on the next business day. That is unacceptable. The front office personnel were friendly and kind."
"The office is the most chaotic and Irresponsible one. After the referral was demanded and sent even though my insurance doesn’t require one, I was told I had to see a PA instead of an orthopedics. However, I have the latest Two new knee MRI to be reviewed. One has a old meniscus tear, the other good knee was fine prior to the fall. when I called later, I was Scheduled an appointment with Dr. Vandy. After waiting for a month, like other reviews Upon my arrival, I was told my appointment was canceled a few hours earlier and his assistant Alicia would call me to reschedule. A week later I still did not get any calls and she did not respond to my voicemail. When I called the third time, I was told she just emailed me and completely contradicted what they had been doing for over the last month, stating they don’t treat menicus tear at all. They are aware of my good knee was damaged after the fall and was never diagnosed. This is the most professional irresponsible Orthopedics I ever run into. The last front desk receptionist I spoke to was extremely rude. Please be aware and do not waste your time!"
