"Absolute worst. I call to verify a test is available. I’m assured it is and quick. I get reschedule which is fine. I check in via app. Then told to check in again in the iPad because the system doesn’t talk. The. I get called in and wait 20 mins to be seen. Why bother becalming me if you are not ready. Doctor comes in and is not sure of what the test is. What is called and if they can even do it. They call the lab. With no definitive answer inside I should probably go to the lab or have them figure it out later and call me back. Absolutely garbage and unprofessional service. I would not trust them with my health ever"

"This place’s parking lot looks like a scrap metal junkyard!! Broken down vehicles with broken windows that I have personally seen being towed onto the property but yet that useless clown Nelson allows it. I have a disability & absolutely never park there but I figured since that loser allows cars to be dumped on the property & abandoned there, it would be okay for me to park for a few hours. I came out to my car & he immediately tagged my car. Yet NONE of the broken down garbage cars have any notices like mine did. I see he likes to pick & choose who’s car he’ll target. I’m going to use that paper flyer to start my fireplace & tell all the tweakers in the area to go dump junk cars on that property."

"I have never been to this facility, but I am 1 starring because I have never seen more 1 star reviews for ANY business in my life. Are ALL these people lying? How can any business, much less a healthcare facility, have THIS many 1 star, angry reviews? Unbelievable. Do you guys know how to run a healthcare business or for that matter, ANY business? Looks like you just do not care. At all."

"I've now gone over a week without my daily medication and have had to go to the ER all because the call center for this clinic are inept, rude, and terrible at their jobs. Requested a refill and with my doctor out this week someone decided to deny it, when I called to explain I was hung up on twice. When I finally got through they refused to put me in contact with someone who could help even though it was 3pm on a Friday. I've had nothing but problems with this clinic when having to use the call center"

"Won't give me info on my ex who took of with my son. Haven't seen in almost a year I'm on his birth certificate as well and still denied access to find were my child is at because his mother is very unsafe."
