"Went to Clinic and got a shot in my ear because I have Meniere's disease. Everything went well."
"I had an appointment with both an audiologist and an ENT specialist. Both clinicians were wonderful. They listened and truly seemed to care which was so important. I am getting older and medical care has changed so much. I often feel out of place and unsure how to approach my medical issues. This was not an issues at the Oregon Clinic. They were patient and supportive and friendly. I recommend them 1000%."
"No appointments for weeks. Dealing with classic infection symptoms, the worst of my life, finally saw urgent care. Got antibiotics- new person in 24 hrs! When I finally was able to come in to talk about how to not let these infections turn into a 6 week thing the Dr did not believe I was as sick as I was for so long or that I had an infection. :/"
"Got a referral to see them. Tried for months to talk with someone and they never called back despite leaving messages. Finally got through and they are scheduling months out to get tests to be able to them see a physician. Waste of time dealing with their office. Very unorganized and not patient focused."
"The ENT was kind. But, he had me come in 3 times (thus three copays from me and who knows how much insurance paid out, for nothing), couldn't figure out what was wrong, and had no suggestions on another ENT. I continue to have daily pain and tinnitus, often very significant, for over three years now. In general, I've had bad luck with the Oregon Clinic. I'd start elsewhere. RE: the clinic's response - when I called, nobody knew who to direct my call to. Very classic Oregon Clinic. I cannot see myself every going to this chain of for-profit, not-really-health-care. This is a classic experience for me with this organization - they say things they don't seem intent on delivering. I think they lie, though they have a different perspective, I'm sure. I just know that three years after all these appointments, my ear is still constantly throbbing, aching, hurting. Sometimes I can't sleep from it. And nobody cares."
