"Took my family here, as I always came here before the most recent change in doctors and staff. Not only did it take longer than we were told to get all our glasses, they broke my sons frames while trying to adjust them. When trying to adjust my husbands glasses the second time he went in to get them adjusted they found out his one of his lenses weren’t properly shaped. They took his glasses back and said they would get them back in a few days. It has been 3 weeks and we still haven’t gotten them back nor do they have any idea when they will actually be back. Throughout the 3 weeks, their system has sent us messages 3 times saying his glasses are in, when arriving to pick them up each of those times we found out that they still haven’t been delivered. My husband also got a trial pair of contacts ordered, it took them a month to come in, which we were understanding because of his prescription, only for them to call him later on to tell him they ordered the wrong prescription and it’ll be at least another 3 weeks before they come in. Definitely would not recommend, nor will we return."
"Great practice , friendly environment and professional. They’ve invested in good equipment which makes the exam process very smooth. Large selection of frames and the staff goes through the selection process thoroughly. They’ll work hard to maximize your insurance dollars. Kevie and her staff are nice to work with."
"So incredibly helpful each time. Had a pair of glasses get smashed and they covered them for me for free. Michelle is extremely helpful and quickly pulls up insurance information and makes sure you get the best deal possible. Will continue to buy glasses and get my exams here."
"Wow! What a change! I have been coming here for a few years now. For a couple of years now, the young man at the front desk (Michael) left me with a bad taste in my mouth. He was very unprofessional and rude every time I visited the office. Now! The staff has turned over and the ladies (Amber & Michelle) in there are absolutely amazing! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. You can’t ask for more! I was going to find a new eye doctor but after my visit today, I’m sticking around! Thanks so much, Willow Creek Eye Care!"
"UPDATE: i called the office and spoke to an individual about my billing issue and he said he’d pass my info along to the billing department and they’d call me back. Well they never called me back and instead sent it straight to collections. I have been going here for many many years since before they switched ownership. Over the last year it’s clear their service is totally lacking. The lady (katie) who fitted my glasses (who left) calculated my insurance incorrectly and on the spot caught her mistake and admitted it to me. When I later asked for a copy of that for my own reference they told me they couldn’t give it to me. Ok. That’s fine. The glasses were blurry. They said it takes time for my eyes to adjust (pretty sure that‘a not how it works). I come in two weeks later for adjustment. Still not great. Adjusted again, at that point I was over having to go there every few weeks for my glasses. Come many months later I find a bill for $375 because “my insurance wouldn’t cover it”. Here’s the thing guys, it’s your job to interpret the insurance and to articulate to your customers what their amounts will be. It’s your JOB. My dad no longer goes there even though he TOO went there for years because the EXACT same situation happened to him. These people don’t know what they’re doing. It’s totally unprofessional."
