"They NEVER answer the phone or respond to any form of written communication regarding medical bills and just send you straight to collections. I would know as I received a bill they've already sold off to a sketchy collection agency. They make more $ selling debt than actually collecting on it and thus don't bother to work with those of us who don't have a choice in what pathology labs our doctors work with."
