"Initial care was nice, but my personal privacy was disrespected when I requested to cancel an appointment, and to hold off on rescheduling for a while due to having a busy personal life and being pregnant, (acupuncture didn’t agree with me anymore) she took to making a snide personal comment about how busy I may or may not have been, such as, quote, “How do you pass the time, being so ridiculously busy?” She made this comment in response to me telling her, after she asked “Where do you work again?” with, “I’m currently not employed.” Not to mention these things all transpired through text message, which even as a twenty-something year old, I find extremely unprofessional coming from a doctor/physician of any sort. My choice to be unemployed while pregnant should not allow anyone to assume I am therefore “not busy”. The entire experience was shocking and I will never return, nor recommend seeing this practitioner to anyone I know. If you can get passed the sheer rudeness of this example of her unprofessionalism, her knowledge is impressive and her method of healing may very well help certain people. I personally do not benefit from acupuncture from my experience."
