"You are seen by appointment only. Easy to fill out forms online so you just arrive on time and check in. If there are no appointments same day just keep checking back people cancel. I was in and out so quickly. Everyone was very nice and addressed all of my concerns."

"Scheduled an appointment at the G Way Richland Express care and it got re-routed to this the Queensgate express care without notifying me. Not sure if this was the IT team but the app is unreliable and I strongly urge anyone making an appointment to not use the Providence app."

"Amazing, compassionate, and knowledgeable staff. No waiting time at all but if there had been I would have felt it worth it. The only improvement I can think of is the size of the clinic itself is pretty small. It appeared clean but the confined space I felt lacked the air circulation that is especially important in a healthcare setting."

"Went in for a upper respiratory infection, didn't listen to my lungs and gave me medicine for asthma. I a diabetic and the medicine made my sugars got really high. Stopped the meds got over the counter meds and it took over a week for my sugars to come back down. When a doctor just talks to and does do anything else they don't need to be working"

"Our little 15 month old sliced her finger open on a can she fished out of the garbage while our backs were turned. We rushed her to this urgent care, and we were so impressed with the service we got! Our nurse was wonderful and so gentle with our daughter, and they had her finger stitched up so fast! They literally got us in and out in under an hour, and they made time for us as they were about to close too! So grateful!"
