"My experience with Dr Patricia Waring has not been a good one. I don't know if it's a matter of her just covering her own back or if she's just burnt out. I felt like she made it seem that I would get approval for a claim knowing that she wasn't going to approve it if they asked her. Now I'm on the hook for a bunch of appointments she referred me to. Then when it was time to discuss what was going on she played dumb with me acting like she had nothing to do with it, I spoke to the L and I people and they told me she rejected my claim. Then when I discussed another issue with her, her language changed completely from when we had spoken previously. I can say for sure that I don't think she has any respect for physical therapist's professional opinions either. She checks the necessary boxes when it comes to interacting nicely with her patients but be careful when you deal with her, she's not as caring as she seems. I will go to another city before I'll work with her again."
"Front desk was fine but that dr Patricia is a piece of work. Won't listen to you or ur 100 plus pages of medical documents of mainly new information on an 8 year old case. She said my TBI, anxiety, ptsd or my previous Dr notes didn't count as justifiable proof that I should be on restricted duty. Not to mention She could careless about my migraines, my facial fractures, or my documented back and neck issue"
"The receptionist is an older lady but super nice and thorough. With the covid requirements, she had a list of questions she had to ask everyone as they entered the clinic. She sanitized everything after each use and explained things in good detail. The other staff I encountered both on this visit and a previous one has been very positive as well. The staff seem to engage one another without issue and most of the processes seem fluent."
