"I guess I should have read the reviews before making this office my primary doctor. I hurt my back hip 5 months ago and still do not have a diagnosis. I've lost everything I worked for and my doctor has no care to help me get better. After 2 months of no relief she sent me to see an orthopedic doctor I waited almost a month for my referral to find out Centennial does not see people for lower back problems. Centennial informed me that no one in Roseburg sees people for lower back and I'll have to go to Eugene. I called my doctor and they said that's not true and referred me to Umpqua orthopedics. I waited 2 months for this appointment and even called my doctor to see if there's any news and they said no. So now today May 10 th, 2 weeks later I my doctor for another update. They said they'd call me back so I called Umpqua orthopedic and they said my referral was denied on April 14th because they don't see people for lower backs and they personally spoke to someone at my office and told them. I've been sitting here losing everything and suffering and this office didn't even bother to do anything or inform me that I was waiting for nothing. I just called the office and the woman I spoke to was cold and sees no wrong with how I've been treated, she says let's just move forward. This office is not professional, they do not care about their patients or their well being. When I expressed my concern months ago with my doctor she offered me to help me find a new doctor instead of putting in the effort to help me. I wish I took her up on that offer and even more wish I never went to this office period. **Update. I have insurance that completely covers everything and now that I'm no longer a patient I was sent a bill with dates from five months ago. This office a complete scam. * Response to Dr Seals... you clearly don't know how your office is being ran or you simply don't care. In all my time there never seen or spoke to you once. Your office is unprofessional and hurting people. I'm not the only one having bad experiences my clients have as well and also changed doctors. The only compliment I can give is to the receptionist at the front of office she is very nice and seems to care about the patients."

"I loved my experience with this provider until today. They moved locations and apparently switched systems and because of that I was not able to return their phone call to do my intake for my appointment. I would call and it would ring twice and go straight to robot voicemail but would hang up on me. I had to call over and over for 2 hours and finally had to use their medical assistant line to reach them. When I finally did get ahold of them they informed me since I missed my appointment I had to find a different provider?? Excuse me, but it's your system that is failing, not my ability to be available for an appointment. I called 3 minutes after my missed call and my voicemail specifically said if I called back we could move on with my intake for my appointment. Well, what should one do if they can't get through to you guys?? I am in awe of the complete lack of customer service and understanding from this company. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would."
"The staff is horrible here. You have to call them a week after you try and get a prescription refilled. I will never refer them again. Everyone I have referred has had the same problem. Need new receptionist and med tech."
