"I wouldn't even give them a star. They don't care about their patients. I pretty much bagged them to do blood work on my dad. He's lost over 30 pounds in a month and they do nothing. Can't eat can't walk far without being out of breath. Why can't they just care a little. Sad that Dr's are like this. Will be going elsewhere to find out what's going on. Have a heart people."
"....have been responsible for my health care and my health needs. Very satisfied. After arthritis diagnosis, shots in the knees was explained and given. After a series of shots, I am now able to walk some without a walker. Less pain. Find DR Ana to be very thorough and thoughtful. The staff have all treated me well. Tell them Phyllis sent you."
"Ok, i just want others to know. This is an urgent care... BUT IF YOU ARE SICK ( or apparently have any " cold") symptoms) any symptoms & i told them i am over all the cold symptoms just have two spots on tonsils. I donot have covid)THEY WILL NOT SEE YOU UNTILL 1PM. & she explained to have curbside service to be tested for covid . So if you want an actuall URGENT CARE THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE .. its a DELAYED CARE. don't waist your gas... GO TO ROSEBURG OR CALL YOUR ACTUAL DR. probabbly cheaper too. Sorry for this review... but i actually thought they were an authentic URGENT CARE."
"Best medical experience I've ever had. Jon Gambill PA-C and his team were amazing. From the receptionist through checkout we were treated with care. not only was everyone warm and caring the were professional and expedient. I had a very large cut on my arm that required stitches and Jon Gambill and his team took care of me expertly. Sincere thanks to Canyonville Health and Urgent care."
"Dr went from being the nicest most helpful to extremely irritable & harsh, my son does not want to be seen by him anymore either. He is the one who is into paintballing. My husband's last visit with him was awful as well. This is ongoing, not a one time thing. The other male Dr around the same age (both older dr's) is amazing, he is the one who is bald on top and the rest is white hair. He is super helpful & listens/cares, & kind & will request him every time from now on."
