"best counselors you will ever find"
"We were so thankful to get into cow creek, felt like there was finally some hope!! Until today, I am Absolutely disgusted with how they treat a teenager coming in for mental health help!! Instead of actually helping, maybe building trust and being compassionate, the doctor interrogated my child, called her a liar basically, and treated her horribly ON THE VERY FIRST VISIT! We walked in hoping for help for anxiety and my child left more traumatized and fearful then when she came in."
"This place used to be good..but I’ve never had to deal with so many incompetent people in my life. The receptionists can’t be bothered to update anything or do their job, you have to call multiple times to keep on top of your health or test results, and forget about being busy in there as you’ll only see 3 workers if that..but they act like it’s an overload. It’s a wonder so many doctors leave. This place is a joke."
"Good luck getting any of your child's medical and behavioral health records. Voicemail, talk to the lawyer, don't come back, lawyer, voicemail, incomplete medical records, they say you can have behavior health records then say no. Nothing but a huge run around and pretty positive its because I am not "part" of the clinic. Rude rude rude. Do not follow HIPAA rules. I had to report them and even though they were sent a letter they still will not comply with parental rights. I have reported them to HIPAA again and I talked to one of their lawyers and will be reporting again."
