"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Been going to this location for 4 years and I will never work with them again. Their billing department will send bills out that have already been paid and send you to collections for bills they never tell you about. My wife and I have made it s habit to ask what we owe every time we go and they say you're all caught up. Then 3 months later collections has a bill that was due 8 months ago. No one can look up past payments and no one is willing to help. They text you a bill link to your phone and it EXPIRES in a few days. This place is obviously partnered with a collection agency. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."
"Poor communication = unsafe medical practice: Roseburg phones are never answered. Voice messages are never returned. Refill requests through pharmacy (per One Peaks own instructions) are never responded to or completed. PCP leaves, no phone calls, letters, emails, etc., to let the patient know. If you want to contact the Roseburg office, you either need to physically walk into their office or call the Medford office and they will contact Roseburg on your behalf. Comminication is a 2-way street, but when communication is only occurring from the patient or patient advocate you quickly loose confidence. Due to loosing confidence in this office's or perhaps the medical personnel abilities to communicate with patients, pharmacies etc. Unfortunately, some medications are unsafe to stop cold-turkey. Since extremely poor communication is a repeated experience with One Peak, the only responsible option we we forsee is to ween/taper off all medications managed by this provider. Better to be unmedicated than be beholden to a provider that may or may not communicate with a pharmacy and 100% of the time will not communicate with the patient. Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, this will be our second or third conversation about poor communication with Marketing regarding the Roseburg branch. Do we really need to have the same conversation again? "Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results...”"
"I heard of this clinic on the radio, the targeted ad worked. I was told after my phone appointment that the medical assistant would be contacting me to schedule bloodwork but have yet to hear from them, it’s been over a month. I reached out and have to leave a voicemail, no actual person answers the phone. Instead of a call back I received an email with login instructions to their site that didn’t work. Also, the way they coded/billed my insurance was ridiculously high compared to a normal office visit I’ve had with other providers. It was all around a bad experience and I don’t recommend them."
"This has been by far the least professional experience and worst experience I have ever had with a medical office. I made an appointment in August, it got rescheduled 3 times, I finally got in to see a provider in October to establish primary care as well as I needed a procedure done that should be routine for any doctor facility that claims they provide women’s care. I was told by multiple people before and during my appointment this could be done and I would receive a phone call to schedule the procedure in a day or 2. I waited weeks before I finally called and they said no one in their facility is trained to do that. Why was that not mentioned??? They said they were working on getting their providers trained for this and I said ok while I looked for a different doctor because I have no interest in being the Guinea pig on a procedure none of them have done before. They finally texted me to let me know they will not be training their doctors on this procedure and I need to go elsewhere, luckily I’ve already found a different provider that con do routine women’s procedures because I was already planning on never going back to this place. Total scam, waste of my time and money going to see anyone at this clinic. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I certainly wouldn’t trust them with my medical care or anyone else’s."
"I’ve had pretty good experiences with the providers I have seen but the girls who work the front desk and answer phones are awful. I dread having to call the office to ask anything. I have yet to have a good experience in the front of the place and I’ve been a patient since 2021. My dr recently left and I will probably be finding a new place as well.. I hate going in for an appointment and bring more anxious about the interaction at the front than I am my own appointment. Customer service is 0/10 at the front desk."
