However that’s not how pets usually work I was new in the area with a dog emergency- they basically said “so sad too bad , we’re much too busy “ I’ll never use them or recommend them to anyone because of this shrug off flippant behavior Of course I was willing to pay full price at service"

"We had a problem with our Chihuahua and we were worried. We made an appointment for first available. Which was a bit far out, and it seemed like the problem got worse. So we called, and they suggested that we just bring in morning & Leave him earlier in the week than the Friday appointment. It was expensive! There was a fee for seeing him earlier and one for leaving him. They did not tell me that it would be that much, but the staff are so nice. And everything is okay with our dog, so we're good."

"After taking our animals to Myrtle Point vet since 1985, the new regime left a lot to be desired. Lack of compassion and doubled thier prices. It changed to the worst after Dr Lisa retired. I was blessed to find Dr. Wendy at Ocean Blvd Veterinary. They are amazing. Both me and my dog left the office after our 1st apot.,feeling stress free. The doctor and staff handled my girl with compassion. They explained everything, no hidden costs, let's you know up front, makes notes in the system about my dogs needs and allergies. Gives options. I am extremely happy to call Ocean Blvd Vet my dogs doctor. If your a pet owner, you get it when I say, it was nice to be heard and to have my old girl handled with care and compassion.
