Reviews
"Receptionist are great and medical staff is great. But don’t expect any form of crisis intervention. They are so busy and book out even if an ongoing client. waterfall as a system is overstaffed and doesn’t run satisfactorily."
"My experiences with therapists have not been so great. Chelsea at waterfall really helped me over come that as well as giving me a few tools in the short time I saw her. (I'm moving) She made me feel safe and suppprted. It is hard to get appointments and I feel as though all the therapists and psychiatrists are overloaded. However I am aware that it is what it is and I am still grateful for how hard they all work. (I just feel like if we did, in a perfect world, if we did have the time I think the quality of care would be more productive and beneficial. Also mental health employees might be less likely to feel burnt out."
