"On 1/20/23 I witnessed the two receptionists being very rude to a patient scheduled for a appointment with Dr Stratton. The receptionist told a elderly woman with a broken hand she had 2 copay bills one was $25 and the other was $35 for her appointment today. She asked what the $25 copay was for. The receptionist told her that is was a copay from one of 4 doctors across the street at the hospital. The elderly woman said she never went to any of those doctors they named. The receptionist told her it’s regarding her CPAP or lungs. She said she didn’t understand. The receptionist responded with you pay both bills now or you can’t see the doctor so she paid it and went back to see the doctor. Both receptionists were making fun of her and laughing about it! I’ve never witnessed such behavior from a doctors office before and I confronted them regarding their behavior after my appointment. I’d be very careful with what they charge you. If they can’t tell you what the charge is for refuse to pay it!"

"I saw Dr. Blake Nonweiler after another clinic refused to refer me for an MRI after I vwas given a steroid shot. Dr. Nonweiler has a great personality as well as bedside manner, referred me for an MRI which showed a torn tendon,etc. I just had surgery on my left shoulder and the whole team was awesome. They explained everything they would be doing and why, I felt like I was the most important person there that day. I live in S. Salem but the 35 minute drive, care and staff are worth it!! Also they called me the day after surgery to see how I was doing!!"
