"I absolutely give the Drs here 5 stars. And also the medical assistants have always been great with my kids. however , the staff at the front i wouldn't give ANY stars. They are ALWAYS rude and when we walk in they look like You've Interrupted their whole day. The last several weeks you cannot get in to their quick care due to no Drs on call and they just stare at you like you should already know this some how. They are short and snappy with us EVERY SINGLE TIME we come in. Definitely do not have customer service skills required for a Drs office. We've switched to the Samaritan Urgent care by Wiley Creek now. Ridgeway was awesome but now it's completely gone down hill and full of super rude employees who seem annoyed they even have To be working that day."
"We come here for all of our urgent care needs. Check in is pretty quick. We weren't waiting for very long at all. Maybe 10 minutes. The doctors are very kind and thoughtful of the patients. My kids love it too. There are lots of toys for them to play with and a chalkboard to draw on. I highly recommend them."
"Walked in, was checked in & in the room within 15 minutes of arrival. Loved Todd he was so nice & engaging. One office staff knocked to make sure I had not been waiting long & then the Dr came in. She listened, really listened. I really really like this clinic."
"Dr Milstein and his team are super great! He genuinely cared about my health and took the time to listen and asked clarifying questions. He is willing to work with me to reach my own health goals instead of writing prescriptions and pushing me aside like a lot of doctors have tried in the past. He is very friendly and easy to talk to and I also really appreciate his no-nonsense, no-bull approach to patient care."
"This is where I take my kids and my husband. Very clean and professional. Communication is great. I've never had to wait too long for anyone to be seen. Very accommodating and are great with their patients. I highly recommend this place to anyone that asks me where to go for quick and efficient with amazing attitude."
