"The staff at this clinic are rude. I went to check my elderly parent to the front reception and the the lady ignored me for about 3 to 5 minutes (she was on her cell phone). She was short with me and I found her to be unprofessional. There is always new medical assistants and it appears that no one lasts very long. They also don't return calls on time and cover themselves by placing information on the chart to their best interest."
