"I inquired about ketamine therapy at this clinic a few months back and saw the doctor who prescribed it. I took the initiative to learn about the process, including the need for a driver and the recommendation to take the next day off for processing. To align with my work schedule, and the person to provide me with transportation I specifically asked about the ketamine infusion days and bid for a work shift accordingly. Unfortunately, two days after my bid at work was approved, the clinic informed me they no longer offer ketamine on those days, leaving me with an unwanted work schedule, no transportation, and no access to the treatment I was planning for. This miscommunication has been frustrating and inconvenient, leaving me questioning if I want to trust my mental health with these people in such a vulnerable state."
"My Dr., referred me to this place, when please called they told me they don’t accept my insurance ,being OHP/Umpqua Health Alliance Then they tell me that if I want help, I have to pay for it well, if I had the money to pay for it, I wouldn’t go to the doctor in the first place to get a referral. I feel hopeless and depressed. They were my last resort and they just slap me in the face with we Don’t give a “&$! We aren’t taking Your cco So if you ask me this place sucks"
"I’ve been getting treatments here for a few months now. I feel safe and comfortable during the treatments, and they have been the only thing so far that I’ve tried for my depression which helped me feel joy again. They’re welcoming of LGBT people which was a nice breath of fresh air. I’m really glad I took a chance and tried this."
"I am amazed at how much better I am feeling since changing to IV Ketamine from IM etc. For some reason I just do better with this kind of delivery to my system. I chose 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel the music from the headphones could be stronger spiritually."
