"I was referred to this place from my doctor because I have 3 blocked arteries. It was hard to talk to a live person rather than message phone and the stress of possibly having a stroke after two weeks of not getting this taken care of prompted me to get nasty with the staff in hopes of hurrying this procedure up. It got me an appointment in which the doctor told me my blocked arteries are normal and refused to unblock them.That very afternoon I received a call from my other doctor and he has ordered more tests because of what showed up on my carotid artery test. I have had two people in this profession be amazed that Northwest is unwilling to unblock my arteries thus saving me from having a stroke. This place should be shut down!"

"Beyond irritated with the staff and no one seems to know what the other is doing. Every time I call the phone just rings and not even the switch board answers the phone. This is beyond unprofessional and ridiculous."

"I just want to say if you are having a routine colonoscopy with dr shrivansian if you are having any pain don't leave with their stupid excuse that it's just gas from the air used in the procedure!! I had severe pain and was advised to go hame and walk and i would feel much better... Well I ended up in ICU with a ruptured spleen and needed 10 units of blood 4 units of plasma and 2 units of platelets from my routine colonoscopy here at Northwest specialty clinic...and was out of work for 10 months!!!
