"From my experience today, I definitely recommend this urgent care located in Lebanon. I had a very pleasant experience; the staff were really kind. While waiting, one of their front desk staff offered me water, which I found very polite. Despite a long waiting list, they were quick and efficient. I completely understand the wait, given the circumstances at urgent cares. They promptly got me in and out, providing the prescription I needed for my illness. The lady who helped me with my vitals was polite, ensuring a comfortable experience without crossing any boundaries. She efficiently gathered my information and got the doctor in to talk with me. The doctor, Darren Deal, was very polite and willing to listen to any concerns or issues I had with my illness. I appreciated his attitude and kindness, especially since I've had experiences with doctors who didn't believe me in the past. Overall, I highly recommend this urgent care—they were on top of things, polite, and made me feel comfortable while ensuring I got what I needed to feel better."

"Very helpful, polite and attentive when arrived with good courtesy. Nurse had the same attitude. Doctor was very kind, very polite, very attentive, thorough with very gentle physical exam, actually listened and heard what I was saying and explaining about my very painful shoulder. Accepted me for me as a person and patient, not just a "run/rush through"! That impressed me greatly. Really liked the first impression. Took good care of me with great concern. Gave me the best care and adequate medical needs that I needed. I would easily and gladly recommend this place to anyone!"
