"Took my money but didn't offer anything of value for it. Office is cold and clinical. Jenny Henry doesn't give off an ounce of warmth. I was referred by my (now ex-)husband who was having an affair and instead of recognizing that my toxic surroundings were the issue, she just put me on more meds. She could have just referred me elsewhere or let me know this wasn't the right fit. I tried to cancel my last appointment for the above reasons and got charged a no-show fee and zero sympathy. To add salt to the wound, I've been trying to pay the no show fee but they have an outside billing company who is never available by phone, who doesn't even list their business hours, and has no online way to pay. This is the year 2020. Get with the times. Absolutely do NOT recommend."

"They only care about their money. They don’t even give you a decent amount of time to respond to their harassing phone calls. They spent more time calling my husband looking for my mailing address rather than telling me they were going to charge me. I gave them a call back to ask for split payment but LO and behold they’d run it through that day. In the middle of Covid. They only care about their self interest, not yours. My appointment was in March and they were HARASSING me by April. They were threatening collections. Who does that? We were affected by Covid. This woman is no decent doctor. She’s a charlatan on Country Club Road!"

"My Family Member had a recent appointment set up and was told the Practice does not prescribe medication, and to refer to your general physician for Medication Management. If I wanted a general physician to write my family members prescriptions for Psychiatric Medications, I would have asked the general physician to manage the psychiatric medications in the first place. Why would anyone in their right mind pay the co-pay to see a Doctor that lets someone else be responsible for Medication Management. All this aside, my family member still wanted to give this office a try. Now comes the Jury duty notice. The Family member was picked for Jury duty and missed the appointment. Within 1 hour they called our Primary Physician and dropped my family member as a patient. THEY DROPPED HIM AS A PATIENT!!! So mty reccomendation at this time is if you want to try this office, you really need to ask yourself why!"
