"Should not be contacting me as I'm not their patient and haven't been since August of last year. Should be checking records to verify if your a patient or not. Left there because of staff and their lies!! Also contacting my current Dr. to try to cause trouble. Don't waste your time filing grievance complaint as they don't take blame for their misconduct or their lack of integrity or professionalism!! Run as fast as you can from this place!!! "I’ve been coming here for over a year and I’m constantly asking myself why. Rude and inconsiderate staff. Health providers act like they have something better to do than to help you with your health problems be it physical or mental. Honestly listen to the negative reviews because you have a choice when it comes to your healthcare, so choose somewhere else."
"I get very frustrated with this office. They are always stressed on the phone. If you take a moment to express my health concerns, they get very snappy and rude. They do not have staff to handle patients, so they get mad. I had a life-threatening illness last time I was pushed off for weeks due to the doctor's unavailable. I ended up in the hospital for two weeks and almost died. it is reoccurring, and I expressed urgency . They said it would be three weeks, and she was too busy to discuss this further. I guess worst case no doctor I have to to the hospital where I went septic and almost died. because they don't have time to follow up on lab work to check iron levels and preventive medicine. Because of last time and almost died, I feel alone, and my life is at risk without follow-up and care"
