Calling from a medical practice, trying to obtain a fax number from you at the request of one of your clients, who needed a letter of release sent for dental work. After 10 or more attempts throughout the day, and getting the voicemail every time, I tried to dial several extensions with the same results. How can you run a business when you never answer your phone? This is so unprofessional. I have to give you one star or it won't take my comment. Otherwise, I would give you no star."
