"Let’s fast fwd a year later and I’m out with a new pcp that I’ve never met and she obviously doesn’t read my chart history and denies a prescription based on assumption. If you’re going to be a dr or a nurse, Read your patients charts!! I give three stars because I do like a few of the PA’s and my PC (who I rarely can get into) however the support staff are some of the worst. A few weeks ago I called to make an appt for flu and covid boosters. I was told that none of the Oregon Medical Group locations received the covid boosters from LCPH. I knew for a fact that this was a flat out lie. My best friend is also an OMG patient and she received her booster the week prior. I have been scrambling to try and find any location that has availability to get me both shots now. Oh and they never call you back or answer the phone at this particular location"

"Close by with easy access and parking. Staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Tran is very easy to talk to and discuss your needs."

"Saw a doctor over a month ago for a very serious cardiology issue. I was told I was being referred to a cardiologist. Called today and the referral was never sent. Person on the phone just said they’re understaffed. So understaffed that a life/death situation can wait over a month? My son’s cardiologist couldn’t believe I wasn’t already seen and said I should’ve been seen right away since my son was diagnosed with a genetic condition and I had the same symptoms. This is the second referral that has never been sent. 0/10 would never recommend."

"Dr. Kester recorded audio of my checkup after I explicitly opted out of their doctor’s evaluation program. This information was either ignored or never provided to the doctor by the receptionist I spoke with. Regardless, this should never happen to any patient. Not only is it a massive HIPPA infraction, it just feels violating to have that done without consent. Additionally, I was told I needed two labs done that would both be taken care of at this clinic. Lo and behold, I only got one done and they referred me to a different clinic across town for the other. I will not be returning to this clinic again."

"I went to this clinic to help with a MRI I had done . I saw a P A to help me understand what they had found on my results. Not only was this dismissed but I was told that he had a family and had to eat so he couldn’t call everyone because it would take him 24 hrs. I understand that it is important to be with family and eating….but my results told me I had a mass. This P A needs to find another profession so he has time to be with his family. A mass should not be in a text, that should have been a call. What happened to caring???"
