"Very nice staff and providers at this location. I was seen by urgent care for a skin issue and the NP chose a treatment that was very effective for me. She sent the prescription to my pharmacy right after my appointment. Everything went very well. I would go there again if I need urgent care in the future."

I mention to them what a great listener she is and how she truly cares about her patients and making sure they get the best care possible. She's great at following through and allowing patients to call back in if they need anything further. Shelley and the rest of the staff are friendly and efficient. When there for a scheduled appointment, I don’t have to wait more than 5 minutes between being checked in and seeing the doctor."

"Best Med also manages the primary care provider housed in this building. She's a wonderful doctor. However, Best Med does not manage this office effectively. You can't get through to call the provider. I've been on hold for up to an hour. (And sometimes the system hangs up on you after placing you on hold for 30 minutes.) I have informed the office of this problem several times, but it is obvious that Best Med does not care about the people trying to receive care or about this provider. Extremely frustrating. If I need care and cannot get through, I would think at this point Best Med would be concerned about liability."

"Worst place you could go for urgent care. Avoid at all costs! Was there needing urgent care last Sunday since my primary was closed. Got in with 2 people ahead of me waiting to check in. There was only ONE person checking all of in while there were 3-4 other people on staff. Every check-in took 20-30 minutes so by the time it was me, it had been almost an hour later. Once I was checked in, I was assisted to give my urine sample and where to leave it for lab. After that, I was led to another room to be seen. I was in there for good 30 minutes if not longer and when I was finally seen, I was asked to do my urine which I did 30 minutes prior without them knowing or doing anything with. I finally got seen by someone and she was a nurse petitioner who pretty much asked me all the same questions I was asked by the person who checked me in, the nurse who took my vital, and her- "What's the pharmacy you use?" After that, she said there was nothing we could do other than sending your prescription electronically to your pharmacy and we just did so you could go pick up some antibiotics now and wait for the lab results to tell us more on what it might be. It will take about 1-2 days... I called the pharmacy to see if it was ready just to discover they were actually closed on Sundays. Thank goodness I didn't try to go pick it up without calling... 4 days later today, on a Thursday, I heard nothing from them or anyone regarding my lab results so I called them. The lady who picked up the phone said, "You just have to wait for a call from us for the results!" I asked if there was a way to find out other than waiting unknowingly. She said, rudely, "hold!" She was gone and leaving me on hold for 20 whole minutes until it went back to the caller prompt again. Some other lady picked up the phone and I asked why the lady prior would put me on hold this long? In reply, she said, oh, we are really swamped today! All the while I heard the staff joking and laughing in the background. I asked her the same question about the lab results and she asked for my date of birth and let me know that there was no results yet. I am just speechless on how badly run this healthcare facility is on all levels. Do NOT go there if you wish to be cared for in a timely manner. Do NOT expect anything as simple as punching in your DOB to look up some lab results to see whether it's done. Do NOT even dream of your call being answered while other caller is put on hold for 20 minutes when they could've been helped in a short minute. Do NOT expect being cared for as they would leave your lab sample behind and asked you for another... A complete waste of my time and money for some most unprofessional and disappointing health care in town, to say the least."
