"Waiting time is way too long. The reception lady engaged with a unhappy client and I feel that she increased the animosity of the client by not getting up out of her chair and simply keeping her voice down and she could have had a private one on one conversation with the client. Instead she sat at her desk and elevated her voice volume and everyone in the waiting room heard the conversation. Not very professional in my opinion"

"It was absolutely the best experience. Both the nurse (unfortunately didn't get her name) and Dr. Siegel listened to my concerns and explained the answers so well. The doctor "released" me knowing that I prefer to resolve issues without. Meds and on my own, but yet be sure to consult if I felt I needed to. That's rare and I appreciate it so much. In fact, it put me so much at ease my blood pressure was 127 over 20 this morning!!! Thank you!"

"Terrible. Waited in the lobby for an hour. Then I got roomed and the MA just took vitals and didn't ask me my symptoms. I had to verbally say "these are my symptoms...." and she continued to back up to the door to leave and didn't seem to care (why not ask my symptoms? I'm hurting and in pain). After that she told me to put a gown on when she came back in a second later. I sat in the freezing cold room in the gown for over an hour. The provider came in, told me she saw nothing even though you can visually see my issue. I tried to show her and she still didn't seem to care and told me not to worry. Visit with the provider was 5 minutes when I was waiting 2 and a half hours. I will not be returning to that Urgent Care no matter how sick I am. I will gladly drive to PeaceHealth Urgent Care and get the care that I deserve."

"Mostly a positive experience. Staff was very polite and engaging. The only complaint I have is the waiting time in the actual exam room waiting to see the Doctor. Doctor was very thorough and professional making me feel at ease. I love this place as it was my first time here. Highly recommended just didn't like the long wait."

"The staff were very friendly, professional, positive & happy. My Dr. was incredibly thorough, professional, polite, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, helpful. I had two separate issues going on. My doctor was so caring that she addressed both issues. Which I have not experienced in a long time in the medical field. I was so impressed that I was wanting to switch to her as my primary care doctor. My Dr. said, thank you very much for those kind words but, I worked on the urgent care side. Not the primary care side. But you can check at the front desk to see if there's any doctors that are accepting new patients. My Dr. suggested I do a one week follow up. Just check on my walking pneumonia, and in my right lung. Which I will do next Tuesday. My overall complete visit, was a huge positive success."
