"I love my doctor, but hate that Providence doesn't allow appointments long enough to really talk about health issues and have time to talk and feel like my issues are addressed. It is not my Dr's fault. She listens well, is very friendly and approachable and has a great bedside manner."

"Worst experiences I’ve ever had at a clinic. Dr Raines Morris is a truly awful provider. He desperately tries to overcompensate for his lack of confidence and experience in the field. I have second hand embarrassment for some of the things that have come out of his mouth. They are always behind schedule. I was recently seen an hour after my appt time and the medical assistant had the audacity to engage in an argument with me (after she said “I’m not going to argue with you” which I later replied to with “so you are going to argue with me . . . “) insisting that they weren’t running behind, but that it was my fault that I wasn’t there 20 min early—so apparently if you aren’t 20 min early you’ll be seen an hour late?"

"Dr Blasi and her team are very attentive and always respond to me when i need them. The phones can have a wait time, but it’s understandable due to the volume of patients. it is not the staffs fault so be kind!"

"My 1 star review is for providence as much as it is specifically for doctor Ehleringer. The staff who answer phones are very nice people who try their best but I cannot say the same for Dr Ehleringer. This doctor is a self-righteous bully and I'm appalled that her level of treatment and knowledge is allowed at this facility. There is so much more that could be said about my experience but I won't be sharing it here. Despite how this doctor may feel I am still a human being who trusted her with my care and expected some respect as an active member of my own treatment plan. If you want a doctor who doesn't give a care less about you or yours than look no further."

"I have a nice doctor but I hate the practice. They need a better practice manager! This is the second time my appointment time was messed up by them. I have been waiting months for an appointment and then at the last minute the doctor decided to take the week off. They didn’t treat my need to reschedule as a priority and they put me at the end of the schedule. I agreed to see a PA instead of my doctor because I can’t wait any longer and the scheduler messed up and put me on the wrong day."
