"I would give zero stars if I could. I missed my initial appointment because my father passed away, and the last thing on my mind was an appointment at the clinic. I forgot to call and cancel because I was busy trying to take care of my mother. I finally called to reschedule and they said due to their "no call/no show" policy, I would not be allowed to reschedule with them... EVER. I asked if she meant that literally forever, I would not be able to make an appointment even though they had ALL of my medical records as well as the referral from my PCP, and I was told "unfortunately yes, due to their policy, I could no longer schedule an appointment". I asked about exceptions due to accidents or deaths in the family and was told that it didn't matter. A no call was a no call, period. Clearly they don't care about the well-being of their community. Absolute garbage."

"Dr. Stuart Rosenblum has been treating me for approximately 12 years. I have a lot of issues in my back, spine, Fibromyalgia etc. He has taken the time to find out what was really going on with me. Due to him finding out what was really going on with me, he was able to pinpoint my pain and properly diagnose me. That allowed me to be able to continue working at a job I truly loved. I contracted Legionnaire's disease a few years later & now I can no longer do my job. I am also treated by his physician's assistant, who is one sharp cookie. I feel so blessed."

"I have been a patient of doctor rosen blooms well over 15 years at 1st they over prescribe me now because of the government they say they have to take it down about 95% which I agreed to he also told me to get out of my relationship that that was caused me my home and my child. Dr.Rosenblum told me if I didn't move out in the next 3 months he would Cut me off of all my pain pills . I said I cant do that due to zero money . I said I was going to leave after my daughter graduated only 6months from then. Dr.rosenblum said, I don't care what you have to do but get out within 3 months or I will cut you off all of your pain pills. I was so stressed so scared of being in pain I did what was asked of me. When I left I didn't know what or how I would find a place where my daughter and I could go. I lost my beautiful home and my daughter wanted to finish high school with all of her friends. Had I known the out come doing this, I would have slit my wrist 1st be fore leaving my living situation. I would have gone through the withdrawals. Because I did what he asked , I went from living in a beautiful home living with my daughter and all my animals to living in a 5th wheel. After all my bills are paid each month I get $100. A week for gas and food and what ever. There were times I waited hours for Dr.Rosenblum . I've never missed an appointment , there has been times when he asked me to move my appointments for him , I did . Along with the government is stepping in and making sure all pain patients need to be at a 80% or 95% lower level. I have been making steps towards these requirements. Some time after Dr.rosenblum forced me to change my living situation he put me under the care of his PA-C Shea DeKlotz . They continue to charge me with his same billing rates quite a bit more than if I had gone to a nother office I would have been billed a lot less than the rates of Anastiya Z ologist well well into his years of being a doctor she is clearly just been that a school. Now I am being charged his rates for a student , Basically doing what he told her. She didn't even have to think she just prescribe pills. . To day I was late , very late 20 minutes past my wiggle room. 30 minutes past my regular time. I had called ahead 40 minutes before and explained that I was indeed going to be late. I said is there any chance of Shea giving me a script that would hold me over the weekend? At 1st they thought that was a ok thing. After drove another 35 minutes in traffic they said Nope that shea couldn't do this for me . I couldn't believe it . She was still in the office and her Last patient left when I was still in the office. They felt it was easier for them to Prescribe me drugs that would help me through withdrawals I explained to them I didn't wanna do that in a scared me to death in could they please just give me enough to hold me over they wouldn't there was no sympathy. I went out in the hallway to regain my Composer and they locked up shop well before 5 o'clock and I saw Shae and she didn't even look at me Or apologize I thought it was cruel ,I thought it was rude , I felt like she was pulling a power Trip . I would not wish withdraws on anybody. The gal at the desk said, it was easy for her to go through withdrawals that she her self had gone through it several times. She said it was no big deal. Ok so no big deal going through with drawls and now along with these with drawls now I wasn't going to get any pain relief along side of that . I think what Shea asked me to go through was CRUEL BORTING ON BARBARIC PUNISHMENT. I think I was being picked on and Bullied. I wish I could find a way to get out of this. Today is Thursday, I think they could have done more for me ."
