"While I initially enjoyed the treatment I received at Kwan Yin, I have to agree with a post below about fraudulent billing. I recently received a bill from services rendered to me over 6 months ago. I paid my copay at each visit only to later find that my provider was “required” to charge me a dual copay (leaving me on the hook for hundreds of dollars months after the fact). My insurance company assured me that they do not require this, and that Kwan Yin is electing to bill their clients twice. Even though I specifically asked about my financial obligation before receiving treatment, they never explained to me that I could be billed twice each visit. Kwan Yin initially felt like a safe place to be cared for. Now I see that they are only exploiting vulnerable people who seek their help."
