"Scratch my last review, this place is actually awful. They make you pay $150 OUT OF POCKET to switch from an in person to telehealth appointment, EVEN IF you were literally just in the ER and cannot physically attend. So it's either $150 for converting, or eat whatever their "didn't cancel in time" fee is, that again, I have no choice about because I am PHYSICALLY INCAPACITATED RIGHT NOW. Switching from them ASAP, do NOT recommend!!! Also, I literally called TWENTY TWO TIMES today to try to talk to someone about my issues, and did not connect once, and this isn't the first time. Their portal never let me make appointments, either, and playing phone tag over WEEKS to make one single appointment is absolutely absurd. I get it's expensive to run a biz, I really do, but maybe consider hiring another staff member or two to actually be present for your patients? Lots of people have mental disabilities like I do, and care shouldn't be this inaccessible"

"I trust Dr. Bashir more than any doctor I've ever had. She really listens and treats me like a partner in my health and medical care. She has gone above and beyond to explore options and honestly, compassionately answers my questions. I know she gives me the same care she would give her own family, and I am so grateful to have finally found a doctor who truly has my best interests at heart. Her medical assistant, Maryanne, is always professional and friendly. I will stay with them indefinitely!"

"Dr. Bashir is a very kind and nice doctor. The way that you can communicate with her and her office, via the portal, is very user friendly. Her assistance is very nice as well. Strongly recommended."

"Dr. Bashir was one of the few physicians accepting new patients in the area in 2022, so I didn't have much of a choice. I found the office infrastructure to be lacking. The communication and organization could also be improved. I had to fill out a huge intake form, and then I was basically asked to go over each answer twice: once with the office assistant so she could enter it into their system, and then all over again with the doctor. A total waste of time. The doctor was ok, I found her a little cold, and she gave me some pretty generic lackluster advice on issues I was being treated for. She is hyper focused on cholesterol, but response to other questions via their patient portal was untimely and only marginally helpful. I requested a referral to a specialist and it took weeks for her to get back to me. Ultimately, I ended up switching care to a PCP at a larger medical network based provider where the staff support will be hopefully better."

"This office is lacking in organization and communication skills. Very disappointed in the care I received from this clinic. I would not recommend anyone to this doctor for any reason at all. She embarrassed me by exposing my breasts just to listen to my heart. She also wrote my heart prescription incorrectly. 1 pill for a thirty day supply. She also did not take me seriously when I told her I had blocked ducts and dismissed my pain. She also put me on a medication that interacted poorly with my chronic illness. Her staff is very unprofessional. Do not waste your time."
