"I went here for an urgent need. The cost for the visit was ridiculous. Almost $600 for an exam, a Covid, flu & RSV test and two chest x-rays. I paid with a credit card since I have a high deductible on my insurance. I just got an email yesterday that I owe them MORE money for my visit. I called and left a voicemail disputing the additional charge. I received a call back but didn’t have time to call them back because I was at work all day, I get home and get another email from them that they charged the disputed additional charge to my credit card that they kept on file WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and WITHOUT DISCUSSING THE DISPUTED CHARGE WITH ME!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ZOOM CARE!! If I could give zero stars I would. I will NEVER use Zoom Care again if this is how they treat people. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!"

"This place is shady. They had my insurance info prior to my appointment but said they hadn’t checked my coverage when I showed up yet. Took me in the back for my appointment and then afterwards said that they were charging me $270 for a simple procedure I could have done at home on my own. Go to a real doctor if you have one."
