"I'm from out of state, and had an urgent dermatological health concern that needed to be addressed. I tried calling several clinics but their earliest appointments were 3-5 months away. Zoom was able to see much sooner so I made an appt online. And, even better, I personally went into a clinic and asked if there was a waiting list...sure enough there is!! A few days later a spot opened up . . .I was so grateful!! Plus, the health professional I saw, Erin Hagen, in Dermatology, was exceptional. She was very familiar w/ my condition (where most Dr.'s arent) and she treated me like a fellow human being, not a number. She was patient, understanding & very attentive. A true professional & wonderful person."

"Wow, talk about patient care... I was running late, then there was an accident on 26 (classic), so I was running ~10 minutes late and walked in 9 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. I tell the guy my name and he says "unfortunately we'll have to reschedule because our late policy only allows us to wait 5 minutes". I can't find this policy ANYWHERE in any confirmation email, on the website, nada. I have been in to see Erin twice before, but Zoom does not allow ANY communication between doctor and patient unless it is within a scheduled appointment. I messaged, many times about concerns with my medications AND this rash going on in my armpits and all the people who messaged back or answered the phone could say is "you have to schedule an appointment". The guy said "this type of appointment requires additional time", which is why they needed the full 30 minutes. As I was talking to the guy, maybe had been standing there for 90 seconds, Erin comes out and calls another patient into the room. So not only was I only PRAYING for a 10 minute conversation after waiting weeks to even get an appointment, but they clearly double booked at my time and treated this as a "first come, first serve" appointment. I'm not asking for extra time because I was late, I'm not asking her to run any tests. All I'm trying to do is get a doctors advice on what I should try next and to refill my prescription. Looooooove private healthcare....."

"Dr. Alexis is extremely knowledgable and passionate about the dermatology field and I'm so glad I was referred here for my skin issue! If there's any dermatologist you need to go to - consult with this one - she truly provides 5-star care. She really took the time to explain what I had and detailed a long term maintenance plan in a way that was easy to understand. Instead of just hating my skin, I feel a lot better about being able to do something about it instead of just being affected by it. Her will for us patients to get better and STAY better is just something really special that I haven't really experienced until now."
