"Followed up on an email they sent me (which was nice), gave them my new insurance information. Saw them, all smooth. 4 months later I get a $564 bill saying it was out of network service. I guess shame on me for not double checking against their incompetence, and it's great to know they bill $1k / hr since I was there less than 30 min. BE VERY CAREFUL AND DO NOT TRUSTING THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT. DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE!"

"I used to be seen at this clinic but after my last doctor retired I haven't been able to find someone that I have connected with. After 6 years I figured it was time to be seen so I called and was told it would 9 1/2 months before someone could see me! The lady was extremely rude on the phone. Thanks for the reminder as to why I haven't returned to your clinic and won't be coming back EVER!"

"I generally have good experiences with Providence but Dr. Kwak in dermatology was the exception. She showed no interest in what I had to say and got visibly upset when I was seeking to better understand things. This was the first time a doctor raised their voice at me. At the end of my visit her assistant gave me the visit summary pages and said "here" and then left. I had to go ask which way to exit and how to head back to the main lobby. I'm still shocked this happened at Providence. Dr. Kwak and her assistant should review Providence's Mission and Values... specifically, Compassion and Dignity."

"I do not like leaving one star reviews , but I was disappointed with my experience here I was terribly disappointed Tha Doctor didn ' t care to listen to our concerns to change the refer to urgent ....my douther have a nail fungus over one year and every day it getting worse ... Now she has inflammation of the skin and she has no nail, only fungi and pus."

"Dr. Kwak and staff are fantastic. A few days after an unhelpful visit to another doctor, the Dermatology Office saw that I was in terrible pain and went out of their way to help me on short notice. Dr. Kwak identified the problem and successfully treated it in one visit. When I called with a follow up question she responded promptly. (The previous Doctor took 3 days to respond when I called to say symptoms were worsening.) She and her team from the nurses to the receptionist all were professional and caring. So grateful to them all!"
