"Well I'm new here today is my 2nd visit. My first visit went well. Today I came in for PT the front staff lady Sirena, not sure if that is the way she spells her name. But oh boy I have worked front office for 15 yrs and I know when I'm having a bad day to not take it out on others. She was not welcoming and had an attitude. "I paid off their bill. 100% paid, zero balance, nothing pending. This was after all the insurance stuff had shaken out. All paid off. Then nothing happened. Then they wanted more money. I called their billing department and the woman there pretended to not understand the issue. The second time my crippling condition happened they were fully aware of how painful and disabled I was, yet they couldn't even wedge me in to talk to someone for a month, they they wouldn't schedule the injections for a second month after that. The condition got better on its own while waiting. Every doctor associated with this place should be ashamed of their failure to provide care. And no billing department, once we're paid off, we're paid off. If you wanted more money then you should have billed me more money and not said we were done. We were done and you don't get to add more."
