"I almost canceled my appointment because of all of the negative reviews but I'm really glad I didn't. After almost 2 years of health issues, the last few Drs I've seen (Rheumatology, Allergist, and now GI) have all been fabulous despite their reviews online. I am thankful some one posted a warning about the waiting area, how you're just in a massive room with curtains and a ton of people, that would have been a bit of a shock lol. But the nurses and my Dr were all wonderful and kind. I love that they hurried me out after my procedure bc the last thing I want to do is kick it in the hospital all day. Everything was very clean and Dr V had my fav jams playing when I went to sleep. :) Highly recommend."

"I experienced an issue with a late cancellation fee. The appointment was cancelled at an earliest opportunity after a long weekend, still one and a half business days before the appointment time. There is no doubt that it was filled. Still, I was charged $50. I feel their late fee policy is very unfair. I called and spoke with them. They promised to waive it. We will see if it works."

"I’ve been with Dr. Williams for TWENTY years. When scheduling my follow up service, I was told she retired (early) and didn’t bother notifying her patients OR referring them to another doctor. I understand plans change, but when the clinic tells you to “go to the website and pick someone else”, that says enough about how little they care. Incredibly lazy unprofessional."

"Procedure was 12:19/2023, the anesthesia was horrible, felt like needles poking in my arm, I have had anesthesia before, but nothing like that. As soon as I was awake they rushed me out of there, I told them I couldn’t breathe(copd) apparently they didn’t care. They continued to tell me to get dressed, I continued to tell them I couldn’t breathe, I needed to catch my breath before moving , I asked for oxygen, he said I didn’t need it, when I finally got my breathing under controlled, I got dressed. It was an uncomfortable experience. The facility was at Oregon City South."

"Two last minute screening cancellations by clinic, scheduled months apart because it's impossible to get in. When you fly family in to care for young children and two people are taking days off of work to accommodate the appointment, it's a big hassle. If you need reliable healthcare, look elsewhere."
