"The worst customer service and Dr's. I could write a book about my experience with this clinic. They don't care about the patient and lied about a Dr. Calling me. No VM, nothing on my called ID history. Stay away from this clinic. You will die from kidney stones before the call you! I'm so disappointed. What a joke!"

"From the moment I got referred to the appointment per se, I had the impression that nobody was prepared for my case/appointment. When I returned the call to make my appointment, the receptionist kept referring to last year's referrals instead of the one I got from my PCD a few days ago. I called again because that person couldn't make my appointment and the new person scheduled me and I asked specifically for the doctor to review the ultrasounds I had done prior to the visit. When I arrived to my appointment, the doctor didn't know the reason for my visit. Doctor thought I was there about an issue from a year ago instead of about the new issue. I asked if she had checked my ultrasound and she hadn't. As I said there were a lot of things that didn't work correctly, the referral system, the communication between my primary care doctor clinic and this clinic and last, the information the doctor should've had access to and be prepared for."

"Dr. Lubahn seemed to be spot on with my diagnosis and directives. Scheduling appointments, however, was/is terrible. The doctor wanted me to learn how to catheterize myself that day; "urgent". After making many phone calls and a day and a half later, the scheduler said she could finally work me in. Setting up the next appointment - a scope - took a solid month. After the scope, I was told the scheduler would call me within three days to set up the date/time of the in-office procedure. Almost two weeks later and after making making many phone calls, I am still getting no reply. The doctor and nurse I saw were great. The staff (scheduler, in particular), however, shows a lack of urgency, empathy and responsibility. If I don't hear back today, I will be forced to search for a different alternative."
