"I had been so incredibly happy with CSC. BUT! When the insurance company finally approved the claim I was owed a refund from CSC. I called and asked about it back in Nov '23. Yes, it was being processed. I called a couple of times in Dec. They would look into it. Called 1/9/24. Anjelica advised it was processed Dec 13. She also claimed that the person responsible, Trudy, had called and left me a voicemail and had emailed me. I received NO check, NO voicemail and No email. I have repeatedly called Trudy's answering message asks for a detailed message about the issue and for a number to call back, which I have done 3 times now. Really it is a pointless exercise. Friends and I are now taking bets on the chances of ever receiving a call back, let alone getting the refund. Update 2/8; I wish I could report this has been resolved but many phone calls later, I am still waiting for my refund. Update 2/23; Nothing! No response. And now the main office will not answer my calls. Looks like I will have to take them to court. What a sad turn of events."

"Cascade Spine Center is the best - If you are searching for care, you can stop here. The entire staff was totally involved with helping my boyfriend navigate his appointments, insurance loopholes, options and they pulled many strings to get him in way sooner than what we expected. They are all compassionate and caring, it has been the best experience. Dr. Anderson is wonderful too, he spent a lot of time with us and he was very gentle and disarming. We can’t thank them enough."

"This is for Cascade Spine Center AND Spinal Diagnostics, as they are work together, despite claiming to be separate. One year after my experience with them, I still cannot get over how horrible they are. While they are friendly in person, their financial practice is suspect. Most people that receive services here are in extreme pain, as I was. I could not think straight most days. Still, I spoke directly with their billing dept to arrange a pay plan a cortisone shot in my back. I first had to go round and round with them to understand why I would have to pay for anesthesia when I did not want it. It was absolutely not necessary AND whether or not I received it, I would have to pay for it. That is fraud. So, I decided to get it, as I would have to pay for it. I made a payment plan and that was fine. After my procedure, I started to get bills from 2 other places for this service. I was not informed that the price I was given during my billing consult did not include the fee for anesthesia AND the fee for using the facility next door to the place the doctor worked. This was quite the surprise and I was told that it was in the fine print on the paperwork that I signed the day of my surgery while I was in extreme pain. Since I had already talked to Billing and made my payment plan, it did not occur to me that they would sneak that information in on the day of the procedure. So shady and unethical. To top it all off, on my bill for the doctor (Deborah Mitchell), I was being charged over $100 for some strange assessment they said I had the 3 times that I saw her. When I called to inquire about this charge, they said it was for the pain survey that I filled out ONLINE prior to my appts. This was a required survey, just a few questions, and nowhere on their paperwork, email or the survey did it say that I would be charged for this. OVER ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS for like 4 questions that I had no choice but to fill out. Again, where are your ethics Spinal Diagnostics??? I was told that insurance typically pays for it, but since I hadn't met my deductible, I was being charged. They are clearly upcoding, which again is fraudulent. I told them as much and they said they would talk to NP Mitchell about it and I never heard back from them. This place is the worst. I would never recommend a place that would engage in such financial abuse of a vulnerable population."

"We had a terrible time. The never answered the phone, told you to leave your name and phone number. Done this at least a dozen and they never called back. In spit of the fact that our heart doctor approved of the injection they demanded that they would only do it while she was hospitalized. The woman at the front desk was very unfriendly and would not answer any questions. After going through this for over two months, we are now looking for another pain clinic. I would advise people not to use this Facility."
