"I made an appointment with this group, and hadn’t been to an ob/gyn since I had my hysterectomy because it was such a traumatic experience. I finally got the nerve a decade later, founf this group via google, made the appointment, had my records transferred and just days before my appointment, they called to cancel and said they weren’t able to see me. Difficult case? Then, this isnt the place for you! Look elsewhere and never look back."
"I came here for a OBGYN during my pregnancy with my third child. At 20 weeks I decided to relocate somewhere else due to the lack of care and concern from every doctor seen at this facility, which is many because you never see the same one twice. I complained for three months of excruciating pain that hindered my ability to urinate, walk and work. I was not given any kind of pain aid and was told any issue would need to be dealt with after pregnancy. No one blinked an eye or cared until I passed a kidney stone the size of a quarter. Apologies mean nothing when I was being told to wipe front to back and that that was my issue. How degrading. To have a doctor know you’re in pain, crying and tell you to leave without helping during a scheduled appointment made me lose hope in our medical field. I have never been in more pain and more duress than while being a patient here. I would drive out of state to ensure I didn’t go here."
"Lori Goranson is the provider I have been seeing recently, her and her nurse were/ are amazing and I can't thank them enough! I was extremely nervous, crying even and they made me feel so much better and was able to do what we needed. Thank you so much WHA Tualatin! Prefer this location to the PeterKort North location."
"Releasing information that patients don’t understand and then waiting days to receive any information on what scary things have been reported! Inhumane and very rude nurse staff at tualatin on the weekends. My surgeon was great and the team. But the nurses are awful!!!!!!! After care has been awful! Not sure why the tualatin office is even open on weekend. Rude staff and very very incompetent nurses! Don’t go here!"
"The clinic is hit or miss on the providers and the care for different stages of pregnancy. While I was pregnant, the clinic took good care of my baby and I. Despite having many factors to cause complications during the pregnancy, I was taken good care of. During labor, things could have gone better. It wasn't until after 3 days of labor they realized my baby didn't fit and took me c-section. My c-section resulted in a complication requiring a second surgery. I'm months post op and the doctors have not taken my care seriously. I went to get a 2nd opinion after ending up in the ER twice for the issue and the provider saying that there is no more infection. After lab work, I still had the infection and needed more care and to be closely managed. While in the hospital recovering from the 2nd surgery I was told the practice was going to monitor and take care of me. The provider from WHA who told me that was wrong. Even if they referred me out I would have been fine with that but they did not do that. Its really disappointing that I didn't get the care and support I needed and almost died as a result of the complication. Having a baby shouldn't be like this."
