"Make it make sense that I paid $59 for a full ultrasound at a different practice but I come in for wrist pain and pay $109 for a brace and less than 10 min visit. I have amazing insurance so absolutely got ripped off by zoomcare, but needed the brace so I had no choice. Predatory for those in need."

Each time I have been assured by Ann Martel, your billing manager that the issue has been resolved and the bill taken care of. I now received a collection notice from Labcorp that will affect my credit. I need this issue to be resolved immediately. I can't trust what Ann is telling me at this point!"
