Edited to add: I just left you another voicemail. I had to sit on hold for a while to even get the option to leave a voicemail. If business is booming so much that you're too busy to answer your phones, maybe it's time to hire another receptionist."

"For me, the process of have a sleep study done has been extremely inaccessible, slow, and frustrating. Everyone I have interacted with has been nice, but their system is not functional. There is extreme issues with their communication with other locations and insurance. I imagine it will take another month to complete this process after waiting a month since my consult."
