"I had to wait 4 months to get an appointment. When I got there they were pleasant but found nothing wrong. I am good with that. I paid my copay on the day of my visit. Then they needed me to pay more so they billed me via text. They sent this text on the first day three times. Found it to be very aggressive. All in all, I found my appointment a waste of time and money. I was just a number to them."

"My son and I have both seen Dr. Baker with no complaints. Scheduling has not been an issue for us — at least no worse than other healthcare practices. (Four stars because I reserve five stars for a level of customer service that might not exist)."

"Made an appointment for my infant back in August. The earliest they had available was January, we just had to wait 8 months for a dermatology appointment so we figured this is the norm and took the appointment and requested to be placed on a waitlist for earlier appointment. We have been dealing with allergic reactions (hives) with several foods and was told not to introduce anything new until seen by an allergist from her pediatrician and was referred here. Had a friend get a same week appointment a few weeks ago for the same issues and after calling the clinic, found out that they hired a new provider and apparently we were never placed on the waitlist. Absolutely incompetent management of patients by office staff, meanwhile my baby is extremely limited on what they can eat or we risk hives/ maybe worse. Their solution? “We can place you on the waitlist”"

"Well unfortunately my daughter has struggled to get satisfactory treatment at Dr Bakers practice. She has asthma and a peanut allergy. Over the course of 3 months my daughter has shown up for scheduled appointments. The first time she was turned away because she had slight congestion . The second time because they ran out of time to see her. This last time she was refused a lung capacity test because she has not been vaccinated. We were never made aware of this policy. Each time my daughter had to take time off of work at her expense. As per other allergy and asthma treatment centers, this is not common practice. I can see now why Baker Allergy and Asthma have reviews in the 3 star range. It is time for my family to move on to another clinic."
