"This facility is beyond unprofessional and is seemingly a money grab. I went there paying close to $400 for a initial consultation and blood work. When I went in to review my blood work my results were abnormal which stopped the discussion as that became the issue needing immediate attention. I had future appointments scheduled. After this nobody ever contacted me again and I had appointments still scheduled. I called trying to find out what was going on and if we were going to have the consultation I never had. They instead terminated my account without explanation then cancelled my appointments. I was told the doctor would call me, doctor never called. I messaged the doctor asking that I would just like to review my results, she never responded. They didn't even post my lab results until I sent this message. There was never one discussion about my testosterone level or need of supplements which was the initial reason I came in. I had to read my T level on my lab results. They just completely ghosted me. The women on the phone was also wildly unhelpful and just downright rude. I don't write reviews but this was just too over the top in bad service. If this sounds one sided and seems like there is more to this, there legitimately isn't, it was that weird. This felt far more like a scam when it was all said and done. Update: a rep finally called me back seemingly to address my review. I was about to join a teams meeting for work and told them I could call them back within 30 minutes, they said that would be ok. I called them back 15 minutes later, no answer, I left a message, called back again, left a message. Nobody ever returned my call. Really the appropriate response from them considering how unprofessional they had been throughout."

"Update to previous review: Dr. Strait personally called me to see what the clinic could have done better to meet my needs. We discussed it and he gave me a full refund of the cost of my visit. I was absolutely not expecting that and am now very satisfied; I will continue to see Dr. Sampson and ensure better communication is had in the future!"
