"She helped me get better but the office management is deplorable. They told me multiple times that I had no charges and my insurance was covering everything. 6 months later I received a bill for $300. I paid it, now I’ve received another bill for $60 for a visit that supposedly happened a week ago even though I haven’t been to the office in over a year. Would not go here again."

Winkleman did not listen to what I had to say, gave me supplements that I insisted made me sick from previous experiences, and then sent me home with snake oil to remedy the side effects. She recommended weekly therapy for depression that I do not have. She did not give me any of the referrals I came in for OR the additional referrals she recommended... The cherry on top was that she told me to call her with any questions, but would not pickup my calls and completely ignored my messages and had her assistant reply with a 'let's schedule you another appointment". I spend over $100 on snake oil that I cannot afford and nothing remedied. I cannot believe people are still practicing so recklessly."
