"So far so good! Very nice doctor, listened to my issues and what I needed. Still waiting on insurance to approve tonsil removal due to chronic infections and sore throats. Was initially sent to the wrong building but they made it right and saw me anyway even though it caused me to be late to my appointment. They will happily accommodate you as a disabled person if you cannot walk to the tram to get to this location from where you park. They have staff that will wheel you to and from the clinic when your someone with limited walking capability. The staff that normally transports disabled patients between clinics was not available Friday afternoon by the time I was finished with my appointment but they made the accommodations and got someone to help to get me back to my car at the other location where there was parking. Best service that I’ve received at a medical facility. This place is the most handicap friendly place I’ve been to: this is the place to go if you’re a disabled person needing extra assistance and accommodations."
"Dr roz or whatever her name was, (very old ear doctor) didn't listen to me, and kept talking over me when I was telling her about serious headaches and noise sensitivity I have. Even if she couldn't actually do anything for me, I would've appreciated her actually listening and caring what I had to say."
"I absolutely love this place. It has great service, and fast results. Special shout out to doctor smith."
"Do not go here if you want quick results or surgery! My niece has been getting the runaround for OVER one month. She is supposed to have surgery to remove a growth that they are "cautiously optimistic" is not cancer. Her appt was 1/3/2019. She has repeatly called and they blamed everyone else for the delay. So now she finds out that they never sent in the request for her surgery. That's it! Talk about uncaring horrible service! Still waiting on the call back, but hey what's a month of wondering if you have a cancer in your head. No big deal right?!!!!! No normal person would worry, right?! Should be -1 star but can't post that."
"Don't go here for chronic impaction issues. They'll just shoo you away and tell you to put acid in your ear."
