"I find them Extremely overpriced and unresponsive to my request to adjust my bill. They billed me $185 for office visit then $300 for EACH orthodic. I have great insurance and had met my max out of pocket for the year yet NW ES wants $97.58 more from me personally. They charged $785 for my inserts and got almost $700 from my ins. but want more? I've talked by phone several times only to get a 3rd party accounting firm. I then have went to location personally 2 times to ask if they could consider adjusting and showed them that other clinics close by charge $400-$450 total for the same service. They are nice and say they will see what they can do but never get back to me or do a thing but just keep billing me for the extra cash! I think they are way over priced and greedy! I think they could at least call me back and said they tried but can't adjust it or can meet me half way or quit taking money from people who have had a hard medical year. "I would rate this clinic more stars if possible. The entire staff from day one were helpful, intelligent, knowledgeable and anticipating my needs before I even expressed them. Dr Le is smart, cautious, careful but brilliant, friendly, honest, open, and an excellent surgeon. He cobbled my toe back together in what can only be described as a miracle. The front desk staff knocked our socks off time and time again with their ability to have documents and other forms ready before we even requested them. Dr Le is patient and kind and put up with my spouse sitting in every appointment. We are very lucky to have been referred to him. He surgery on my toe is nothing short of amazing."
