"Absolutely do not go to these people….i was told they’re through OHSU so their prices to begin with are diabolical. That would be fine if they actually took time to see their patients, but that isn’t the case, either. I went to these people because they were close and I just moved back to Portland, and I’m a self-pay person, I’m not so sickly I need to pay for a premium every month. Either way, I don’t care for whatever reasons they may have against people who pay out of pocket, but for not even 15 minutes to be told I need to be referred elsewhere, they didn’t have another doctor they felt could help or even wanted to, I would’ve been a new patient so I understand not wanting to deal with someone new, but for all of that dismissal and not have a problem charging someone so unimportant them 500 and some odd dollars for one and only visit? The whole thing is insane and I wouldn’t be here leaving a lengthy review to eat up my time, I’m only 31 I definitely have a life still that this takes time from. Absolutely terrible facility, the WORST staff. Do NOT ATTEMPT as a new patient, good grief!"

"I needed an urgent visit due to illness and wasn't sure if it was Covid or the Flu. I called with short notice and explained I needed a Tele appointment and a test because my work requires it. Lexi (Nurse) went above and beyond to get me scheduled. Dr. Kuhn made time in his schedule to get me seen and my prescriptions called in emediatly. I'm grateful and appreciate the care I recieved from these two amd all of the wonderful care providers at the Fanno Creek Clinic."

"Sadly, Fanno Creek Clinic has gone downhill. Not good at patient follow ups. They don’t answer phones or get back to you or pharmacies despite what the doctor orders or assumes his staff is doing. You never know what’s going on, it’s up to the patient to be proactive and follow up. Not good with messages on their portal either. Lastly, Fanno Creek still seems to be blaming Covid for their problems, which is disingenuous. Their problem is existential."

"I just established care here. The staff and doctor were really nice and I got to spend a lot of time talking to my new doctor about disease prevention and risk. The phlebotomy was really fast and painless. I wasn't rushed during my appointment at all. It was a very nice experience overall."
