"Came in for a DOT. Once UA was finished it took them over an hour while I was sitting waiting in the room. Made my wife late for work. Everyone kept pleasantly reminding me that I was next in line."

"Went in yesterday and asked for a strep throat test. I get it every year and pretty much know when it is starting to develop again. The front staff was fine and got me checked in, waited about 15 min to be taken back and checked by a nurse. Then waited another 30 minutes for the doctor to come in. He barged in and knocked after the door was already open and proceeded to introduce himself with a mumble. He looked me over for about 5 min and mumbled a prescription before taking me to the front desk. Received no step test. I asked for a doctors note for work, which he did not put a date on it. My work did not accept an undated note, so when I called back to get a new one, I was told I’d be sent a one in a few minutes. 5 hours go by and still no note. I called again and was told they “tried to call me back” (I have no missed calls) and that he “leaves it blank so you can fill it in as needed.” I’m not sure whose employer accepts employee written doctors notes, but mine doesn’t. Very unprofessional doctors office with little care for patients needs. Will not be going here again, would suggest finding another urgent care if you can."

"The ladies up front are sweet and helpful. The doctor came bursting in after 45 minutes of waiting, checked me out for less than 5 minutes and then told me to head up front to get my prescription without telling me what I was getting a prescription for. I asked up front and they said they’d have to wait for the after visit summary before I could find out my diagnosis. I will never go back here again."

"I checked in, and they were very nice to me. They kept me updated on as to reason why I would be waiting for so long, I wasn’t waiting long at all until my name was called and due to technical difficulties with their computer system and not being able to get me taken care of once they collected my urine, they still kept me updated. They kept apologizing. The one girl who was helping me was amazing she kept apologizing to me, and they’re very sincere and very thoughtful of other peoples time."
